Returns

* Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
* After 14 days from the delivery date, returns will no longer be accepted.

Personalized & Custom Items

* Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
* This includes products with custom names, initials, dates, or any other personalization.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Customized or personalized products
* Sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
