We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing & Delivery Times
• Standard products:
Most items are processed and shipped within 4–8 business days.
• Event orders:
Orders placed for special events require additional preparation time.
Delivery for event orders is guaranteed within up to 30 days from the order date.
• Tefillin Covers (when available):
Estimated delivery time is 12–14 business days.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
This includes items with:
• Engraving
• Custom text
• Personalized designs
Return Shipping & Refunds
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
